UK Defra consults on POPs amendments

The UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has launched a public consultation on the Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) Regulation.
The proposed changes relate to the UK’s implementation of the United Nations Stockholm Convention on POPs and include amendments to exemptions and concentration limits.
The consultation closes 27 April 2023.
