Conflict Minerals Reporting Template 6.0 published

The Responsible Minerals Initiative has released Version 6.0 of its Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT). This latest version reflects changes to IPC-1755 to incorporate EU Conflict Minerals Regulation requirements as well as updates to the Smelter Reference List and Standard Smelter List.

The CMRT form is a free, standardized reporting template that facilitates the transfer of information through the supply chain regarding mineral country of origin and smelters and refiners being utilized. It is an important tool for companies to use to ensure that the metals used in their products are sourced responsibly.
