Candidate List reaches 191 substances

Ten new substances have been added to the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern. There are now 191 SVHCs.

The new SVHCs substances and examples of their uses are shown in the table below:

Ethylenediamine (EDA) 107-15-3 Adhesives, sealants and coating products
Benzene-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid 1,2 anhydride (trimellitic anhydride) (TMA) 552-30-7 Manufacture of esters and polymers
Dicyclohexyl phthalate (DCHP) 84-61-7 Plastisol, PVC, rubber and plastic
