12 companies face enforcement action from UK Office of Product Safety & Standards

The UK Office of Product Safety & Standards has published its latest summary of enforcement actions. This shows that the emphasis on enforcement action has been in respect of the Timber and Timber Products (Placing on the Market) Regulations 2013.

Between 1 October 2018 and 31 March 2019, the following actions were taken:

Caphan; Alba Beds; Baca Exclusive; London Table and Chair; Ipek Mobilya (UK) Floor Factory; PB Hardwoods; TGK Services; Acacia Trading; Marque Furniture; Caralla Laminate System Timber and Timber Products (Placing on the Market) Regulations Failure to implement measures to ensure timber was legally harvested.
